14th Annual Cajun Boil....

Northeastern Jr. College is located in Sterling, Colorado.  I was able to attend the 14th annual Cajun Boil that raises funds for their Athletics Department.  Surrounded by friends - old and new - as well as an unanticipated encounter with a cousin, this evening was full of fun and good food.  Items up for auction included athletic gear from the pro teams located in Colorado and a slew of other items.  Great times were had by all.

According to their Website, Northeastern Jr. College (NJC) part of the Colorado Community College System and NCA accredited. They offer a wide variety of degree and certificate programs, along with career and technical training and community classes. Northeastern offers four-year degree programs through participating four-year colleges.
